The International Exhibition-Congress “M&R-2007” was opened on October 2 at 12 a.m. in the Hall No.6 of the Exhibition Complex “LENEXPO”. The speakers on the opening ceremony were Michael Oseevsky, Vice-Governor of St. Petersburg, Vitaly Davydov, Deputy Administrator of the Federal Space Agency, Alexander Suvorinov, Head of Department of Innovation Development and Infrastructure of the Federal Agency on Science and Innovations, Tsianlin Tsiao, Deputy Minister of Science and Technologies of China, professor Uemura Kensuke, ITAC Ltd., Japan, Sergey Alexeev, Director General of JSC “LENEXPO”, Vitaly Lopota, President-Designer General of RSC “Energia”, director-chief designer of CRDI RTC.

 “Russian Economy Days” Forum in Finland was held in Finland Hall,
Helsinki on April 19 – 20.

The representatives of the State Scientific Center of Russian Federation CRDI RTC took part in the Conference on Cooperation Development in High Technologies and Innovations, in the Russian-Scandinavian Exhibition Congress, and in the round-table discussions devoted to IT-parks.

The developments in domain of creation of robotic systems intended for an operation under extra-ordinary conditions and technical means for radiation monitoring as well as information-and-telecommunication and laser technologies were presented at the exhibition booth of CRDI RTC.

The Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Fradkov and the Prime Minister of Finland Matti Vanhanen have visited the exhibition booth of CRDI RTC during the first Forum day. The President of Finland Tarja Halonen has inspected the exhibits of the Institute during the second Forum day.

Negotiations on scientific-and-technological cooperation in domain of innovation technologies have been made with the representatives of the Academy of Finland during the Forum days.

 On 11-15 April 2005 RTC took part in Hannover Messe 205 (Germany).

In the scope of RTC exposition the institute’s achievements in the field of robotic systems, laser technologies, radiation monitoring, informational technologies and telecommunication, were presented. RTC exposition was visited by the President of Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, Federal Chancellor of Germany Gerhard Shreder, Minister of Industry and Energy V.B. Christenko, Director of Russian Aerospace Agency Y.N. Koptev, Hannover burgomaster Dr.h.c. Herbert Schmaltstieg, Minister President of the State of Thuringia Dieter Althaus and other official persons. According to the exhibition results, RTC was awarded the diploma “For the best presentation of Russia – the country of high technology”.
